Perciatelli Pasta Recipe
2 cups penne pasta
2 tablespoons butter
300g boneless chicken breast
1 bottle of Prego / McCormick traditional pasta sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Fill up a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta. Drain off the water once the pasta is cooked.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter at medium heat. Add in the chicken and stir for about 5 minutes til its lightly brown. Add some seasoning mix on the chicken and remove to a plate.
3. In another saucepan, place the cooked pasta in the sauce pan then followed by the pasta sauce. Toss well to ensure that the pasta is fully coated with the sauce. Then remove to the dish to serve.
4. Place the chicken breast on top of the pasta and garnish with some Parmesan cheese and greens. The Perciatelli Pasta is ready to be served.
